MS Soft have the skills and experience that allow us to deliver all aspects relating to the analysis,

implementation of BI solutions based on the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack.
We are experienced in SQL Azure, Azure Analysis Services, Cosmos DB, T_SQL, MDX, DAX, SSIS, SSRS,
Analysis Services Tabular, Analysis Service Multi-Dimensional, Power BI Service, Power BI Report
Server, etc.
Your solution can be rendered on premises or in the cloud - or in a hybrid combination of the two.
We offer service ranging from assisting clients to achieve a degree of BI "Self-Service" either with
Excel and Power Pivot
/ Power Query or with Power BI and the Power BI Desktop, all the way to a fully designed and delivered
Data Warehouse.
We have experience in Project Planning, Management and Tracking if you need that too.
We are experienced in working with teams that use Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

Data Warehousing
At MS Soft we are familiar with both the INMON and Kimball Data Warehouse design philosophy. We are not religous about either and always try to work with the client to choose the approach that suits them best.Microsoft SQL Server Stack
MS Soft is experienced in delivering BI Solutions on the Microsoft On-Premises SQL Sever Stack as well as on the Azure platform. We started our Microsoft SQL journey with SQL 4.5 and our BI journey with SQL 2005 and have been keeping up-to-date since. Sharepoint is a popular platform with many of our clients and we are experienced at building solutions that deploy into the Sharepoint environment. Our Team
Sue Fitzpatrick
Sue graduated from Macquarie University in 1984, where she majored in Computer science.
With a self-described 'gazillion years' of IT experience, she's covered a diverse set of
challenges throughout her career, and recently has focused on Business Intelligence using Microsoft
Stack.
In her personal life, Sue enjoys the satisfaction that comes with completing a good jigsaw
puzzle, and makes sure to stay fit by doing a wide variety of exercise.
She shares Mark's passion for Disney and LEGO, and volunteers as a member of the 501st Legion's
Southern Cross Garrison.

Mark Fitzpatrick
Mark graduated from the University of Sydney in 1984, where he completed a Bachelor of Science,
majoring in Computer Science and Pure Maths.
He finds enjoyment and fullfillment in the various IT challenges he's faced throughout his
career, both technical and managerial, from real-time stock market feeds
to going from Business Intelligence to Managing Director for a Sydney IT business acquired by
Thompson-Reuters. In the past few years, he's also spent time volunteering at the Children's Cancer
Institute Australia.
In his personal life, Mark enjoys building, collecting, and re-building his large LEGO
collection, travelling the globe - especially to Disneyland and Disneyworld! - as well as indulging
his hobby for photography, or enjoying good sci-fi and fantasy.
He shares these passions with his family, often spending time enjoying himself with them.
